Selection Process

SSF Constable Tradesman का selection process चार चरणों में होता है:

Phase I: Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Standard Test (PST) – Qualifying
Phase II: Written Examination – 50 Marks
Phase III: Trade Test – 50 Marks (Qualifying, minimum 50% marks जरूरी)
Phase IV: Document Verification + Medical Examination

SSF Tradesman Constable Recruitment 2026 में Phase-I के अंतर्गत Physical Efficiency Test (PET) और Physical Standard Test (PST) आयोजित किए जाते हैं। यह चरण पूरी तरह qualifying प्रकृति का है। कोई अंक नहीं दिए जाते, लेकिन इसे पास करना अनिवार्य है। Ex-Servicemen को PET से छूट दी जाती है।

महत्वपूर्ण बातें:

PET केवल पुरुष उम्मीदवारों के लिए है (ट्रेड्समैन भर्ती होने के कारण)।
Ex-Servicemen को PET देने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
दौड़, लॉन्ग जंप और हाई जंप सभी को एक ही दिन में पूरा करना होता है।
अच्छी फिटनेस के लिए रोजाना दौड़, जंपिंग और एक्सरसाइज की प्रैक्टिस करें।

Physical Standard Test (PST)

जो उम्मीदवार PET क्वालीफाई कर लेते हैं, उन्हें Physical Standard Test (PST) के लिए बुलाया जाता है। इसमें Height, Chest (पुरुषों के लिए) और Weight की माप ली जाती है।

Note:

Chest measurement केवल पुरुष उम्मीदवारों के लिए है।
Weight उम्मीदवार की Height और Age के अनुपात में होना चाहिए।
PST में माप के दौरान यदि उम्मीदवार संतुष्ट नहीं है, तो वह उसी दिन Appellate Authority को appeal कर सकता है।
Bihar के सामान्य उम्मीदवारों के लिए Height का मानक 170 cm है। कुछ रिलैक्सेशन लागू हो सकता है, इसलिए official notification अवश्य चेक करें।

PET & PST की तैयारी टिप्स (Bihar Students के लिए):

रोज सुबह 1.6 Km दौड़ का अभ्यास करें और समय कम करने पर फोकस करें।
Long Jump और High Jump के लिए plyometric exercises करें।

यह SSF Tradesman Constable की 10 पदों वाली स्पेशल भर्ती है, पिछले वर्ष का अलग cut-off उपलब्ध नहीं है। Written exam के लिए minimum qualifying marks ही लागू हैं:

UR & Ex-Servicemen – 18 Marks (out of 50)
SC & OBC – 17 Marks (out of 50)

Trade Test में हर कैटेगरी के लिए minimum 50% marks (25 marks out of 50) अनिवार्य हैं।
